专利说明:

The invention relates to a device for completing a plate or stone flooring having bottom portion with a parallel to the floor mounting leg and a rising from this mounting leg, at its opposite end of the mounting leg falzartig bent back leg and with an attachable to this end leg U-shaped clip on.
To conclude a slab-covered balcony, it is known (DE 202004003286 U1) to provide a device with an arranged under the plate covering mounting leg and a protruding from this end leg, which limits the plate covering the balcony. The end leg has at its opposite end of the mounting leg a falzartig bent back Endbaschnitt on which a U-shaped clip-on profile is plugged, which forms an overlap for the bottom plate. The disadvantage of this, however, is that a drain of himself on the plate covering collecting water is insufficiently possible.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a device for completing a plate or stone covering having bottom portion of the type described above in such a way that a simple drainage is also made possible by larger amounts of water.
The invention achieves this object by arranging a web sloping from the mounting leg and forming a groove together with the end leg between the fastening leg and the end leg.
As a result of these measures, water draining from the slab or stone covering can collect in the channel formed between the web and the closing limb and drain off via a drain provided for this purpose. This reduces the risk that larger amounts of water, the water flows directly to any concrete or masonry, which forms the substrate for the soil and the lying thereon plate and stone covering.
To ensure that even with thicker plates or stone coverings or at different height levels of the plate or stone covering or the soil from the plate or stone covering effluent water is collected in the channel according to the invention, the U-shaped attachment profile for the end leg over the longitudinal course the device are mounted differently wide on the end legs, the clip-on profile with its two U-legs, the spring-bent bent back end of the tail leg resiliently and under pretension. To facilitate the attachment of the Aufsteckprofils on the end leg, one leg of the Aufsteckprofils be longer than the other formed, so that the Aufsteckprofil created with its longer leg on the end leg, opened against the spring force, the two legs of the U-shaped Aufsteckprofils and the attachment profile can be plugged on the end leg. In order to attach the attachment profile on the end leg, in addition to the elastic design of the two legs of the U-shaped attachment profile, at least one leg of the attachment profile can also be provided with attachment openings. This is particularly advantageous if the plug-on profile to compensate for a difference in height as described above over the longitudinal course of the end leg is placed differently wide on this. The mounting holes allow a simple gluing, soldering or welding of the slip-on profile with the end leg, and precisely in the required for the height leveling position.
As drain for the outflowing water, for example, the closing leg at the level of the web may have drainage openings. These outflow openings can in principle have any desired shape, however, advantageous outflow conditions arise if the outflow openings are a plurality of rectangular openings which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the end leg and which, with their lower edge, touch the lowest point of the channel formed by the web and the end leg.
In addition to or as an alternative to the discharge openings in the closing leg, the bar can also have discharge openings. These may advantageously be arranged in the lower region of the web subsequently to the end leg. Advantageous outflow conditions also arise here if the outflow openings are a plurality of rectangular openings spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the web, which with their lower edge attach at the lowest point of the channel formed by the web and the closing limb. Only in the web provided drainage holes also have the advantage that drainage holes can be avoided in the end leg and thus results in a visually attractive finish of the floor with plate or stone covering.
By appropriate dimensioning of the web in terms of its length and its angle of inclination, the drainage holes can be spaced as far from the possible concrete or masonry, which is prevented even with larger amounts of water in the flow of water through the concrete or masonry. This danger can be further prevented by the end leg in the transition region to the web is extended falzartig down to a drip edge. According to this measure, the water draining over the slab or stone covering first runs into the channel formed by the web and the end legs and collects there. If drainage holes are provided in the end leg, the water then flows via the drainage holes to the outside of the end leg, from where it can drain off or drip off via the drip edge on the outside of the end leg. If the discharge openings are arranged in the web, the water flows through the openings in the web on its lower outer side and then, due to the adhesion, also via the drip edge on the inner side of the end leg.
In the drawing, the subject invention is shown, for example, in a schematic cross section.
The device according to the invention comprises a fastening leg 1 which extends between a bottom section 2 and a plate or stone covering 3 and is embedded for example in a bed 4 for the plate or stone covering 3. In order to allow a better connection between the bed 4 and the mounting leg 1, the mounting leg 1 may have openings 5. From this mounting leg 1 projects on a closing leg 6, which is connected to the mounting leg 1 via a web 7 to form a drip edge 8. The drip edge 8 results from a formed from the web 7 and the end leg 6 fold. The drip edge 8 opposite end 9 is bent back like a fold. On the end leg 6, a U-shaped attachment profile 10 is attached, which has a longer leg 11 and a shorter leg 12. To attach the attachment profile 10 on the end leg 6, the attachment profile 10 may be provided with attachment openings 13.
To collect from the plate or stone covering 3 effluent water and can divert the web 7 and adjoining the web 7 part of the tail 6 form a channel for the outflowing water. For this channel 7 drainage holes 14 are provided in the web through which the collected water in the gutter can flow to the outside and the drip edge 8. These outflow openings 14 are rectangular passage openings in the web 7, which are distributed over the length thereof and which conclude with its lower edge with the channel, which is formed from the web 7 and the end leg 6. Of course, as stated above, other drainage openings may be provided.
